  1. Are Pets allowed at Los Feliz Club Apartments?
    Indoor Cats Only. No Dogs. No exceptions. We have two dogs grandfathered into the building, but will allow no more.
  2. Is it pretty close to Griffith Park, trails, bike-riding routes, etc?
    Yes, Griffith Park is within walking distance, which includes three golf courses, driving range, Travel Town and,  Griffith ObservatoryBarnsdall Art Park is only half a block to the south which includes two residences designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. The L.A. River is close to the 5 Freeway. Lake Hollywood is also a nice location to walk or run. All offer great opportunity for exercise in nice outdoor settings here, in the middle of the city. There are also plenty of Equestrian facilities very close by, whether your choice is English or Western.
  3. Is there a main drag (street) with shops, etc. within walking distance?
    Yes, we are located one block west of Vermont Ave. where you will find many types of goods and services including, Good Restaurants of all kinds, Banks, Convenience stores, U. S. Post Office, Drug stores, Boutiques, Night Clubs and, Book Stores. A brand new Library stands at the corner of Hillhurst and Franklin, built on the site of the DiCaprio Family Home. Inside is the Leonardo DiCaprio Computer Center .
  4. Is there public transportation handy?
    Yes, public transit is very handy. Metro Bus lines run down Hollywood Boulevard which is only half a block south. A Metro Rail subway station is two blocks away at Sunset and Vermont.
  5. Is Cable T.V. Available?
    Yes, Cable TV is available through TIME WARNER CABLE.    TIME WARNER CABLE cable modem service is extremely fast and, is used in the publication and, administration of this site. There is no other antenna available. Satellite receivers are not allowed.
  6. What about utilities?
    Tenants pay Gas (cooking only ) and Electric. Landlord pays Water ( Hot and Cold ) as well as, everyday sized trash removal and sewage.
  7. Is it a quiet complex?
    Absolutely!! We must insist that everyone follow the Rules and Regulations of the building. Anyone who shows a disregard for the quiet and peace within this building WILL be evicted from the premises as provided by law.
  8. How soon can an applicant find out if they have been approved for an upcoming apartment?
    That depends on the how completely the information is entered into the Application and, how soon the Landlords and Human Resource dept. people respond to our inquiries. Usually, if the application is received on a weekday, it takes about a day or two.
  9. Parking is included, isn’t it?
    Yes, but only if you have a car to park there that is used on a regular basis. No storage of vehicles is allowed.
  10. How close is it to “Downtown L.A.”?
    It is pretty close. It is about 6 miles. Sunset Boulevard is the route usually taken.
  11. Can I get anything except a One Year Lease?
    A shorter lease is possible at a premium rental amount. Nothing longer than a one year lease is available.
  12. Can I get on a waiting list for your next opening?
    No, there is no waiting list kept here. If you are interested, keep track of the availability and respond as soon as you see something that comes up.
  13. How’s the crime rate?
    It is not a daily problem. This is a large metropolitan area, but here, crime is not rampant. This is truly a walking neighborhood. I have not heard any complaints regarding anyone feeling unsafe walking here.
  14. If you rent a single but really want a 1BR are you able to obtain it when one comes available?
    Yes, after the initial lease period is satisfied. We cannot get an apartment painted and cleaned just to have someone come in for a few weeks or even a few months only to move to another apartment. Even if the tenant is as careful as possible, we still must get it ready again.
